We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland,  South Africa, Argentina and Brazil. Please contact us if your country is not listed and we will try to arrange delivery.

We will pay international duties to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Soleiluna Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at soleiluna.com. 

Conditions of Return

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchase from the Soleiluna e-boutique. 
  • The item must be in its original conditions: unworn, unused and unwashed.
  • All tags still attached
  • Proof of purchase

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Soleiluna without approval will be returned at the customer's expense.

Full Priced Items

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or e-boutique credit.

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-boutique credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@soleiluna.com. If your return is accepted, we will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Soleiluna does not cover the cost of returns, customers are required to cover the cost of return postage.

Welcome Code

All items purchased using the 20% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or an e-boutique credit. 

Sale Items, Discount Codes, Promotional Codes

Items that have been purchased on mark down or during a promotional sale using a coupon code or a discount applied at the checkout are eligible for an e-boutique credit.

Final Sale

For all products marked with final sale, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty.

International Returns

Soleiluna does not cover the cost of returns, customers are required to cover the cost of return postage.

All International orders are sent via DDP, Soleiluna does not refund duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are also non-refundable (other than for an item received faulty).

You are welcome to return your parcel by using any secure shipping method. Clearly mark “Return Goods – Clothing” on the paperwork of your chosen carrier. Without this, you may be charged additional customs and duty fees. Please be advised Soleiluna does not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit sent with private carriers.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
